The essentials for buyers and exhibitors planning their three days in Atlanta.

When and where is the Atlanta India Trade Fair 2026?

The fair runs 18, 19 and 20 November 2026 at the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC), 2000 Convention Center Concourse, College Park, GA 30337, beside Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Who should attend?

U.S. procurement and sourcing professionals, distributors, importers, OEM and plant procurement teams, logistics partners, and industry bodies looking to source engineering products and components from India, plus select international delegations.

Is visitor registration free?

Yes. Registration is free for qualified buyers, distributors, and procurement teams. Register on this site or through GIACC's event page, and the team confirms by email.

What will exhibitors show?

More than 35 Indian manufacturers across four zones: industrial products and machinery, components and accessories, innovation and new launches, and pavilions and institutions. Expect pumps, motors, valves, castings, precision components, gears, material handling equipment, automobile components and vehicle lifts, plastic and rubber products, CAD and CAE services, safety footwear, and more.

How do I exhibit?

Choose a readymade stall package, a bare space stall for a custom build, or a pavilion for delegations and multi-brand groups. Reserve through the stall reservation form and the organizers send the exhibitor kit, floor plan, and matchmaking process.

How do the B2B meetings work?

Buyers share their sourcing categories at registration. The organizers pre-schedule 1:1 meetings in the Buyer Matchmaking Lounge, run reverse buyer-seller meetings with U.S. delegations, and provide onsite concierge support throughout the three days.

Who organizes the fair?

The Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (GIACC) with CODISSIA and the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC). Event partners are the Consulate General of India in Atlanta, Fulton County, and the City of College Park.
